Summary of the month of october

 Hi everyone!

In the month of October, within Aete, we continued working on the conferences for the
presentation of the book “Eschatology, politics and hope in Latin America: a tribute to Juan Stam”. For the first time, since the pandemic, we held an in-person event for the presentation of the book. At the same time we celebrated the anniversary of AETE.  We also tested our abilities by broadcasting this event on our social networks. It was an interesting situation because we had no experience carrying out this type of transmission, and we did not have the necessary equipment to carry it out. Nonetheless we accpeted the challenge and carried it out successfully. We gained many lessons, and we are sure that It will serve us for future events we carry out.

Similarly, at Aete we initiated three virtual courses

taught on Zoom and using the Moodle platform. We

received training to be able to use the platform which

has helped us significantly with enrollment. We can

also use the platform for uploading materials for teachers and students

October was an interesting month, I am very excited to see what November

has in store for me.
